HSF conducts training with Ovaherero Traditional Authority

The Ovaherero Traditional Authority (OTA) under the leadership of All Ovaherero People Paramount Chief is one of the leading traditional community authorities in Namibia.

The group participated in a three day workshop that provided an overview of information to master in their working environment as well as organizational skills.

The fourteen participants, who attended this workshop have successfully mastered the topic Meetings Administration & Minute taking on the first day.

On the second and third day the training content included Interpersonal & Communication Skills and topics revolving around Leadership for Organizations.

Participants applauded their hosts for organizing the training workshop and recognized the importance of lessons learned from the event.

Training Consultant & Courses Facilitator Mr. Jarii Tjeja-Tjatindi did not only focus on building new knowledge, but also encouraged and evoked the existing capabilities.

After three interesting, demanding but also cheerful days, HSF’s Head of Office Ms. Nicole Bogott handed over the certificates to the attendees. 

The speaker of the OTA expressed his gratitude to the HSF for assisting towards capacitating the community as well as appealed for future cooperation.
